The aviation industry is taking its responsibility regarding diversity and inclusion, but there is much work to be done. To promote diversity and inclusion in aviation, we are hosting a panel discussion featuring representatives from a diverse and inclusive aviation group from various backgrounds. The panel will discuss the challenges faced by Gen Z (20-30) in aviation, and how we can the industry work together to create a more inclusive industry to welcome and keep them.
