The technology of the aircraft is cared for and maintained. Humans operate this technology with all their abilities and weaknesses. In this lecture, the imprint of the human being will be discussed, which also has a considerable influence on the cooperation in the cockpit. This lecture is intended to sensitize pilots to the correct way of dealing with people in the cockpit.
