Bernhard Fragner is an Austrian entrepreneur, aviation pioneer, and Founder & Chief Executive Officer of GlobeAir, Europe’s leading private jet operator. With more than two decades of experience in aviation, he is widely recognized for redefining short-haul travel through the scalable air taxi model—combining operational efficiency, digital innovation, and uncompromising customer service.
A trained civil engineer with a specialization in mechanical plant design and an MBA in aviation management, Fragner brings together deep technical expertise and strategic leadership. He holds an EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with instructor and examiner authorizations and has accumulated thousands of flight hours—offering a rare dual perspective as both executive and pilot.
