Paolo Sommariva is the Chairman and Co-founder of FL3XX, a global leader in business aviation management software. Founded in Austria in 2010, FL3XX was built to revolutionize how charter operators, flight departments, and aircraft management companies manage their end-to-end operations. By integrating the most services on the market, automating workflows, and optimizing resources in real time, FL3XX enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and elevates customer satisfaction.
Before FL3XX, Paolo launched seaplane and regional airlines in Italy and held roles in operations, finance, and tech at General Electric, Virgilio.it, and Syntek. He also advises greentech and online service startups.

As Chairman of TAB (Technology · Aviation · Business), he is spearheading a groundbreaking initiative that connects aviation technology companies, creating a unified ecosystem focused on interoperability, standardization, and collaboration.
