Samanda has over 15 years of experience in private aviation, with a background spanning cabin crew, operations, and commercial roles across leading operators. Driven by a genuine passion for aviation, she has built her career around a deep understanding of both the commercial and operational sides of the industry. She is currently a Team Leader in the Flight Management department at Independent Private Aviation Advisors (IWA), where she works closely with clients and her team on complex charter requirements, combining commercial insight with operational expertise. She is known for her meticulous approach to aircraft selection, prioritising trusted operators, transparency, and risk mitigation in an increasingly complex and fast-moving charter market.
