Yannick Schwartzenbart has 25 years of experience in engineering and managing complex projects, and has held positions of responsibility in several leading companies in the aerospace (Airbus Helicopters) and automotive (Valeo, Bosch, Porsche) markets.
He has managed and led international teams of engineers in complex development projects, including as chief engineer of the Super Puma for the Brazilian customer, with 7 configurations to be developed and certified, including a complex naval version equipped with Exocet, and the management of associated recruitment and training to develop the design office of the Brazilian subsidiary (increasing from 10 to 60 people in 2 years). He was chief engineer for the upgrade of the Panther (MBe) and its civilian version N3e, for which he worked in direct interface with EASA. He is certified as a Silver PM by Airbus and was trained in avionics by Rockwell Collins as part of a diploma course.
He also has extensive experience in markets, customer and supplier relations, finance and risk management, gained during his experiences as Program Manager on the H160, Contract Manager for NH90 for a 10-nation customer alliance on a major software evolution, and Risk Manager for the helicopters offered for sale.
