Frank Moesta

Frank is SVP Business Development for the Business Aviation business unit of Rolls-Royce. As such he is responsible for external customer relationships as well as the business and product strategy for business aviation and the business development of Rolls-Royce Deutschland. With more than 30 years of service in Rolls-Royce Frank has worked in various Engineering and Program leadership roles within Rolls-Royce. As the Strategy Executive for Business Aviation, he was held accountable for winning new business and in this function, he was instrumental in recent successful conclusions of the Pearl 15, the Pearl 700 and Pearl 10 X program campaigns. Most of his roles were customer facing and hence he was able to build strong relationships with Executives in the industry. To this credit Frank has been nominated to the GAMA Board in 2020 and is Chairman of the GAMA Environmental Committee since 2024. He just recently also joined the EBAA Ambassador Program. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Frank worked for BMW in Munich in several junior engineering roles. Frank holds a MsC in Mechanical Engineering. He studied at the University of Dortmund and at the Technical University of Munich. Frank is married, father to twin daughters and enjoys running, skiing and watersports.
