With over two decades of experience in technology and manufacturing, Ralph has held key leadership roles at BorgWarner and MANN+HUMMEL, spearheading business transformation, corporate development, and operational excellence. His expertise spans large-scale product and manufacturing engineering, strategic growth, and operational optimization initiatives for multinational corporations. A lifelong aviation enthusiast and experienced glider pilot, Ralph believes in the potential of emission-free and accessible air mobility to connect people and shape the future of aviation. Ralph holds a Graduate Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heilbronn University and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago.
